Who Can Apply:

        Only Uttar Pradesh Candidates Can Apply

Application Fee:

Age Limit

       Minimum Age:  21 Years

       Miximum Age  : 40 Years

        Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD candidates as per rules

        SC/ST – 05 Years, OBC 3 Years

Qualification

      Sister Gr. II- For the post of Sister Gr. II the education qualification required is B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc. (Post Certificate)/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing and candidates should have minimum two years of experience in 50 bedded hospital.

 Junior Medical Laboratory Technologist- The candidates who want to apply for the Junior Medical Laboratory Technologist should hold minimum 2 years Diploma Degree in Medical Laboratory and 12^th with science stream subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Bio Technology)

 Medical Laboratory Technologist- For those who are applying for the Medical Laboratory Technologist should hold the Bachelor Degree in Medical Technologist.

Technician (Radiography) – For candidates who want to apply for the Technician (Radiography) should have completed 12^th with science stream and Diploma for 2 years course in Radiography.

 Technician (Radiology) – Same with the Candidates who want to apply for the Technician in Radiology should also have Diploma for 2 years in course Radiology Technician and also completed 12^th from science stream or may hold B.SC (Hons.) in Radiology.

 Driver (Ordinary Grade)- Candidates who want to apply for the post Driver should have valid Driving License for driving Heavy Vehicles and knowledge of Motor Mechanism.

 Medical Social Service Officer Gr. II – For those candidates who want to apply for the Medical Social Service Officer Gr. II must have Masters Degree in Social Work.
